In other words Culture appropriation will happen because people are different and they like different things.
There isn't American boo or Hispanic Boo but for the rest they would? Like no African, Latino, american complaints about it.
Most Katty perry Videos have culture appropriation, BIG AMERICAN BRADS DO, Kpop and Jpop too, And like every other culture will find the opposite one interesting and when they x y z try to imitate it will be happening, and more if you are living in the country it self, who dress like a mariachi in Korea? or Who will use a Kimono in an Arabic Country or Who will go to a formal party in shorts.
However it is an issue not because of the fashion or likes, but the behavior itself. Like calling "Oppa" all Asian guys in a Latin American country just because you think they are Korean, when they might be Latin american like you and don;t even speak a single word of Korean, and find you offensive. Because you are being rude, everything comes down to the way you act and the personality you are trying to imitate just because you think is cute, when you haven't being raced and/or living in that country.
Remember that people should respect other people.
But since ancient time people will include other races things to fashion, is it right?, wrong? American being a multicultural place is the greatest example of this. But also all down to the lines of what is race and culture, if a "white person uses a African hair style is wrong?", but if this person was born there and lives there the story is different. Or when a Latino wears Korean clothes and speaks only Korean because that's the country she/ he is from, which is rare but it might happen.
PSD: When I mean "you", I mean every person who does try to be rude in a sense, without knowing that they are insulting someone else. It is not healthy trying to be someone else.
Tell me your opinion, I am not in favor of culture appropriation however I don't think calling some one "anythingboo" or saying is completely wrong to a some extent, like liking the music and food.
