@sinistryPer usual, I love this game... and it can suck it!
I'm continuing my new trend of hanging in gold or diamond all season inching my way to champion, only to get smacked back down, and claw my way back up far enough to find a place to curl up in the fetal position and tremble until the season ends and flings me back down into the dregs of mediocrity. Sigh, when I was a kid, gold was the symbol of glory and good fortune... now it can't shine enough to over come the tarnish of failure.

Having said that, I think my numbers are up. I really don't understand the win/loss stat, but if "1.0" is a 50/50 ratio then I think I scooched up a little, as I believe I tend to hang in .8, but this time hit .9, with a much closer margin than usual, so maybe I'm learning something. Stranger things have happened.

I'm not overly excited about my pulls this season, but it's nice to see a few epics among them. However, I want to talk about the one legendary. The only one I seem to get, actually, since the first of the cursed dropped into my wallet. Djinn Bilkja. You guys probably remember this useless bastard from my SplinterChump post many months ago when I first learned how horrible this card is. Well, as it turns out, it's worse than I imagined, but at least I now know it's not me. I'm a badass and all, but it's a Djinn, and and evil one at that, all latched on to my psyche or spirit or something. Whatever it is I think it's safe to say that it has me in it's clutches and is slowly devouring my soul. I'm probably gonna need to raise an army of Djinn Oshannus' (Oshanni?), to salt water rinse this slimeball out of my mojo.

Well, as I pointed out last season, I pulled all my cards off the market and kept them handy for use and I made it back to champ again, so I guess I'll continue that another season.

There's not really anything else worth adding. This was an average season as measured against the new norm. Earnings still aren't enough to adequately subsidize my income but I'm not having to erode my position too terribly to compensate yet so I'm gonna continue to ride it out. See you guys next time!
