It was tough the first few days because I was grinding for far fewer chests and the first few I opened were just potion grade, but over time I think it’ll work out better, particularly when focus is expanded beyond different splinters. That’s really been an obstacle for me. I have favorites and occasionally get into a random splinter for a day or two but odds are stacked against getting something I like enough to play all day so my scroll contribution and daily haul has suffered. It balances out over the season regarding numbers but it’s still hard to appreciate the one gold card among a handful of potions even if the monetary value is better. It’s an odd perspective to cope with.
