I don't know what to say. This has been a very bizarre season for me. Looking over the results I have to say I'm torn about the new reward system, but knowing it's a work in progress makes it a little less bitter of a pill to swallow.

I actually did fairly well this season regarding my win ration. I'm still losing more than I win, but I moved in the right direction. I also finished in 389th place, which, you may notice, isn't the top 100 like I've achieved in the past, but it's nicer than 446th, like last season, back when I was a chump wannabe straggling behind the big dogs.

This is interesting, more so on this side of it as it was excruciating while it played out. I earned far less than half as many standard foil cards as I did last season (136 vs 49) with DEC values of 1460 and 570, while my gold foil count went from 3 (375 dec) to 6 (1125 dec). In that alone I'm down +/- 300 DEC , but I also pulled 6 Chaos packs compared to 2 last season. All things considered I like the 50K dec earned compared to 8k last season's report shows.

I also forgot to put my rentals back on the market so I didn't pull anything from that, but I did use a few in battle I otherwise wouldn't have had. For instance I actually used a lvl 4 Talia Firestorm in a match so I could fit a lvl 1 Grum into a reversed speed low mana match. I haven't used that card in ages. If you happen to be wondering how that team would fair in a champion level match it turned out how you would imagine... if you're imagining I got flogged like a drunken dolphin. Cruel and pointless.

Generally, as it stands with such a narrow set of options for the daily focus, I'm not a fan, as I only do really well on the days I get dragon or death for my focus and the other days I'm lucky to win enough to contribute my daily scroll to my guild. I really don't like that part. It's enough to have a bad day on the battle field without disappointing and impeding your bros, too. Having said that, though, I imagine once the options for focus expands I'll really enjoy the new system far more. Time will tell. Thanks for stopping by. Fell free to challenge me in the comments section. I'll talk about your mom if you beat me though.
