Have a nice Wednesday! Today is Wednesday and we are going for a walk. I will show you the photos I took in Sochi. I like to visit this place in Krasnodar region. There is always good weather and a lot of interesting things. There is also a very picturesque arboretum in Sochi. I always go there to relax in this wonderful corner of nature.
There are many amazing plants and trees.
Of course, you have learned incredible flowers bright daylily (Hemerocallis), which is sometimes called and as trazodne. The plant belongs to the subfamily of daylilies...
And it is a good albizia or Lenkoran acacia. I like her a lot, don't you?
Be sure to try to look at the seaport. This building will immediately attract your attention.
The station was opened in 1955, and it was built by architects Karo Alabyan and Leonid Dwarf. It is a beautiful two-storey building with a 71-meter tower with a high spire, which can be seen from many parts of the city. And the spire is crowned with a five-pointed star of three-meter diameter.

There is a beautiful fountain nearby, in the center of which you will see a sculpture of the goddess of navigation. In one hand she has a telescope and a sea compass, and the other this goddess (or as it became known to most of the writers - Athena-Pallas), as if stops the excitement of the sea and blesses the sailors for a happy voyage :-)
But in the Park Riviera you will find a real Palace. This is the dacha of the Moscow merchant Vasily Khludov (1841-1913), who once bought a large plot of land (about 1000 tithes) in the black sea district in the vicinity of Posad Dakhovsky (now the Central district of Sochi) and tried to establish a large farm with vineyards, a winery and a dairy farm on his lands...
And many different attractions.
Generally, in Sochi you almost every step will come across interesting sculptures or fairy tale characters.

And if you go up a little bit to the side of the sanatorium Maurice Thorez, you will see the snow-white Cathedral of the Archangel Michael. It seems to be hidden in the shade of green cypresses.
We can talk about this city for hours, but the walk is not over yet, we will return to it more than once :-)
