My guy Akpos just got a job as a porter in a five star hotel in Abuja.
The manager informed him " we give every of our customer personalized services and you have to be very observant so you know how to address their every need even before they ask."
Just Before the manager could finish, a couple just walked through the hotel entrance and the manager quickly
approached them, he nicely took their baggage and said,
"Welcome to our hotel Mr & Mrs James, it is our altmost delight to have you in our hotel. Please folow this way to the reception" he led them to the reception hall .
After the couple had been attended to, Akpos asked the manager, "Sir, Has this couple been visiting this hotel before?"
"No" the manager replied.
"But how come you knew them by name?" asked Akpos.
"That is why I said you have to be very observant. I quickly look at the label on their baggage while I was taking it from them and see their name on the tag."
"Oh, here comes another costomer. Why don't give it a try?"
Akpors said "Ok" and hurriedly approached the couple, he helped them with the luggage and said to them,
"Welcome our hotel Mr & Mrs SUPERIOR HAND MADE LEATHER! We are very delighted to have you her..."
The manager fainted
