晚上又去跑了1KM，跑完，看一堆人再跳广场舞，顺便也去学了点。哈哈 看我同事都跳的贼溜了，当然不是老人家的那种广场舞，最近新出来的，一些快的舞。 看她们就是经常跳C里C里那种音律快的舞。还是挺好的，相当消耗能量。 只是，得慢慢学了，刚好学了2个。 有这样得广场，真的挺不错的，一大群人，老人家，年轻人，玩滑板的，溜冰的，打羽毛球的，跳街舞的，交谊舞的，广场舞的。一个广场里，出现了各种门派，很热闹。

跑步
连续下了快1个月的雨了，最近终于开始晴天了，所以可以去跑步去了。 今年的第11次跑步，每次基本上是1KM到1.5KM之间跑下，现在再增加了点其他锻炼。哈哈。 都是慢慢来，徐徐渐进的过程。 看完了今年的第8本书，今天又跑去借了5本书回来。 有时候，真的不知道要看什么书的时候，就去图书馆转一圈，要不然就是网上看下有什么销售比较好的书，排行比较多的书，自己感兴趣的，再去图书馆借回来看下。 除非
