At first I went to visit Rasulpur fish . There I bought 1.5 kg pangaj fish from fish market . After buying pangaj fish , I returned my home. After reached my home , my sister captured two images on me with pangaj fish. After that I captured all images for this curry .

Pangaj fish /700 grams
Potatoes / 4 pieces
Tumaric /2 spoons
Salt /2 spoons
Mustrad oil 30 grams
Water as needed
I cut pangaj fish and potatoes . I cut green chilli, garlic and onion slicely . After that I added tumaric and salt with pangaj fish .
After that when mustrad oil is hot in oven , I fried pangaj fish . After frying pangaj fish , I picked up fish from pan .

Slice potatoes
Green chilli /4 pieces
Tumaric 1.5 spoons
Salt 1.5 spoons
Water as needed
When mustard oil is hot in pan again, I fried potatoes in pan. After that I added some water as needed in curry . I mixed green chilli ,tumaric and salt . After boiling 5 minutes , I admixed frying fish in curry .I boiled this curry 10 minutes .

Slice onion ( 1piece onion)
Slice garlic( 2 piece garlic)
Cumin /6 grams
Red chilli 5 pieces
Green chilli 3 pieces
Cinnamon 1 gram
Mustrad oil 8 grams
I made masala paste together . I had taken red chilli ,green chilli , cumin and garlic and cinnamon.
When mustrad oil is hot in pan , i fried garlic and onion . After frying this two elements , I added this pangaj fish curry . I boiled this curry 8 minutes . Thus I made pangaj fish curry recipe .
