I recently fulfilled my 58th cycle around the sun and I'm celebrating by starting
my new PowerDowel Dance Party Online!

What is a PowerDowel you might wonder?
A PowerDowel is this long red broomstick I'm holding (with the broom brush removed) and it's
THE BEST apparatus I've discovered for healing neck and back pain,
and keeping my spine in alignment.
