Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all!
It's a cloudy day here, but it's warm enough to enjoy a little time in my backyard and so I spent part of the morning cleaning outside while my furry friend Richy was sleeping in his confortable bed in a corner. _
Today I'm here to show you a new artwork I painted on a page of an old book. As I wrote many time, I use to collect part of destroyed books to give them a new life thanks my brushes and colors.
In the following pic, you can see the final result of the new piece:
As you can see, the subject is a funny blue fish with a tiny paper boat on the head.
I had so much fun to image this smiling fish and to paint it on an old page of book!
It's an acrylic painting with some touches of white ink and, like I use to do every time I paint a new piece, I took some pics while I was working on it so you can see the step of the process:
I really like to give a new life to old things, especially to old destroyed books and I can say I'm satisfied by the result!
