“You Are What you Eat!”😇
“Burrr …… it’s cold outside Liz!”🥶
Stepping outside after Church today, was like stepping into a refrigerator!😬
“Silvertop I’ll light a fire when we get home!”😍
I knew that I hadn’t brought in enough firewood last night……………..
I grabbed “THREE” sweatshirts Lol….. and headed out to our wood shed for an armload of wood!😊
With the fire in the wood stove crackling, Silvertop started working on “Skim coating” the ceiling in Liz’s laundry room!😅
Progress …… probably a couple of more coats, and then I can “”Prime/ paint” the ceiling, and move onto to the next step, spray texturing the ceiling!😊

“It’s still wet Liz, it will look “ever” after it dries!”😍
In the time it took to write this post, it is already drying and looking nicer, just look at the next photo!🤗
I know you are probably wondering…….
What has this to do with French Fries?🤔
With Silvertop working hard, I needed to “Fuel up”, and lately I have been having a craving for traditional French Fries!☺️
Guys…. have you noticed that fries, and a lot of other foods just don’t taste the same anymore……………
It has a lot has to do with “Seed Oil’s ”……………..
Silvertop is of the opinion that high fructose corn syrup, and Seed Oil’s in general are not good for you!🙄
“Money” is a big reason for the switch from “Beef Tallow” to Vegetable Oil………
The food industry in general is pushing vegetable oil as healthier………..
French Fries don’t crisp up like they used to, and they don’t taste anywhere near as good!😮
Some Countries like Mexico, have even started switching from high fructose corn syrup to cane sugar, in soft drinks!
People are starting to realize that, “Big Money” really isn’t looking after your health…… just more profit!🤔
Now that being said…….. Silvertop realizes Fries aren’t really at the top of a healthy balanced meal, but these fries taste so much better!☺️
So after a long day working….. or hiking, be sure to “Treat yourself” to something decadent………..
I am sure you burned the calories off!💪
