“On Paper” Fall officially arrived today!🤗
On Silvertop’s hiking trails, it really depends on your altitude!😇
The trees have been dropping leaves for the last Month, or so………….
You really can’t really tell if they are announcing the coming of Fall or not!🤔
Down in the valley, the Blueberry bushes in the fields are just starting to turn a brilliant shade of red…….
Not quite Peak Fall color ……..yet!😇

When we lived in the High Country of Colorado, you could tell when Fall was close, by looking at the Fur on your pets or horses………….
Even our indoor Cats in Colorado, would start getting a thick winter coat of Fur, well before the trees announced the change of the Seasons!😻
Higher up on Sumas Mountain, things are changing much faster!
You could almost believe that we are “At or past” Peak Color!🍁
Just look at the difference from the very last photo taken down at a lower elevation, to the photos taken up higher!☺️

“Absolutely Liz, and if we want even warmer and Sunnier weather, all we need to do is drive 30 minutes to the Ocean at boulevard Park!😎
