Today is the day my Mini Split Heat Pump is delivered…….maybe…..

We are in a Bear market …Ouch!
I did laundry and chores around the house, no heat pump!
Ok I will go talk to the neighbor down by the Gold Mine trail, that’s not too far away.😇
The second photo is the neighbor house just to the left of the original Gold Mine trailhead. The original Gold Mine trailhead started on private property to the right of this house, and connected to Department of natural resources land.
All the local hikers have been accessing the main trail through private property for over 100 years. Now the landowner has shut down this private trailhead.
Back to the second photo…….
This neighbor, on the left side of the original fence line is a hiker. He is putting in a new fenced hiking path on his property, so everyone can continue to hike and enjoy the Gold Mine network of hiking trails!🤗
I thanked him for allowing everyone to hike through his land!
I said “ Do you think you will upset your neighbor, allowing us to hike just on the other side of the fence from the old trail?
He said “ my land ,hike all you want…….do you want to hike today, go right ahead!😊”
A very nice Man, the local community is extremely happy he is welcoming us!🤗
I did sneak in a hike to the high trail overlook……….then back to waiting….
