Silvertop was up early, driving to town to do Christmas shopping...... Day number two!🤣
The wind was picking up down in the valley, and as I headed home I was thinking that we missed the wind storm....😇

Here it comes, I had to flag down Chris one of my neighbors, so he wouldn’t drive through this pile of broken tree branches.
I was just starting my hike, and he was joking about me backing my truck up and taking all of this firewood!
“Lol..... Firewood Chris??🤣”
He was cautioning me to be very careful in the woods in this wind storm!
Absolutely, these trees can be dangerous !
So I stuck to the wide open trail that goes up by the off-grid cabin.
You can see one of the older models of the pizza ovens that my neighbor manufactured.
This is a wood fired oven......I would love to see this in operation!😀
Darkness as I got back home, I knew the Mrs wasn’t hiking in this weather, we always have tomorrow........
