So I picked up some old silver bars from someone on Instagram who works at a Pawn/Coin shop. The bars looked very cool and it appeared to be a fair price for what they were. I liked that they were old silver bars with history dating back a long time. Basically these bars were what some Chinese soldiers received as payment for their work in the Chinese military. I was excited to get these even though I was skeptical about if they were real. I received them and of course the first thing I did was test them, and wouldn't you know it they were fake! I was bummed to say the least, but after some arguing with the seller I was able to get my money back and then some. The "and then some" happened after the sellers boss found out what happened.
At the end of the day I got my money back and these will soon be sent to Cyber Curtain Twitcher for destruction. CCT over the years has made many very fun videos destroying fake coins, rounds and bars. I can't wait to see what he does with these! I will share the destruction in a part two down the road. I really would've liked to have received real ones as these are very neat.
These bars are called Tibetan silver or in other words fake shit.
Check them out!!
