I remember him mentioning in one of our conversations that he doesn't believe he has time for a community endeavor. Well, I suppose he has time after all, lol.

Let me first introduce myself.

I am @silveraver888, and I have a strong passion for food!

Throughout my adult life, I've developed my cooking skills and enjoy sharing that love with others by hosting gatherings. It's a wonderful way to create memorable experiences and connect with friends!

I believe that great food brings people together, so at every party I host, I make it a point to include a delicious item from the grill.

I’ve built up quite the collection of grillers and smokers over the years. In my past, I wasn’t shy about treating myself to whatever I wanted, which explains why I have so many grills! I don’t part with them either; they're a testament to my passion for grilling. I’ll share them all one day—just wait and see. It’s pretty crazy, right?

My friends visit my house frequently, and when they do, I confidently fire up the grill with a mix of chicken, pork, or beef—sometimes all three. I season the pork with salt, pepper, or a sauce, and a variety of other spices to make sure it’s always delicious. Sometimes I use a dry rub.

I also have an indoor grill that I use when I need to prepare meals quickly or cook smaller portions. It's incredibly convenient for busy weeknights or when I just want to whip up a quick meal without the hassle of outdoor grilling. The indoor grill allows me to achieve that delicious grilled flavor in a fraction of the time.

This grill is perfect for making delicious barbecued pork skewers. I marinated the meat, which made each bite tender and juicy while adding a delightful smoky sweetness from the barbecue process.

I'm really grateful to have more than three grills (plus some) at my disposal. There are times when I'm hosting gatherings or cooking for friends, and all of them are busy grilling up delicious meals at once!

Having multiple grills allows me to prepare different dishes simultaneously, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their favorite foods without the wait. It's a true blessing during busy cookouts or barbecues!

If you have some experience with grilling and smoking, you can probably guess what I’m working on just by glancing at the temperature.

It's a succulent brisket, slowly cooking to perfection.

The heat is critical in achieving that mouthwatering tenderness and rich flavor that makes this cut of meat so irresistible.
