Since I started stacking in 2015, I have always bought at least one of the current year silver Libertad. However, in the first three years, I purchased the set sizes of BUs: 1/20, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 oz .

Here's my 2015, 2016, and 2017 Silver Libertad. You won't believe how inexpensive they were!

I collect the BUs 1982 Silver Libertad, and lack a couple more to complete a tube of 25.

The following coin 👇 is a first-year issue in silver of the Mexican Libertad. I won the bid for this coin in 2021. Considering the spot price at that time, the condition of the coin, which was BU, it was amazing how inexpensive it was.

Here's another silver Libertad 👇 bought in May 2022. It is unbelievably inexpensive for a 1983.

All earlier Libertad shares the same obverse: the coat of arms of Mexico.

I bought another one in November 2024 from the secondary market because it was reasonably priced at $47.04.

But look at the $101.72 price for a 2024!!! And it is the top pick of today!

There are no 2026 Libertad in the market yet, not here in the USA, anyway.
