In the recent County Fair, the winners of the Baking Competition had the chance to showcase their products in one of the exhibits halls.
Contestants submitted pies, cakes, cookies, breads, and muffins among other baked delicacies.
A theme, such as chocolate chip cookies or double-crust fruit pies, is the emphasis of some of baking categories.
Nuts, fruits, and natural sweeteners like honey and molasses was also be included, as well as baked items that are vegan and gluten-free.
A contestant may choose any or all from several baking categories. They were divided into groups based on the age of the competitors.
Anyone can join the competition for as long as they are not a food professional or a graduate or a student from a culinary school or program.
The judges of the Baking Competition included professional bakers and community members.
