I am not making another tag...... Tge title was just appropriate and I used it.

Just stopped by a job that I completed the other day, because the tile was getting installed. This is a older home which was built in the 1930’s. When the current homeowners bought it the basement was still a dirt floor. Not anymore......

They also had an I beam put under the first floor for support, the house had a lot of settling. When i stalled the cabinets there were some spots that required a shin of more then 2”.

That is why I recommended to tile after they were installed.

My tile guy had just finished putting what is called a “floating floor” in and it needs to dry before the tile gets set.......

So the crew were enjoying a nice cold one. I was handed one as well🍺🍺🍺

I have never had this before, and I’m quite impressed by it. It’s a Brooklyn Lager, very tasty.
