Afternoon everyone ….
I am glad to tell you, that the framing on the shop build is complete. They finished the roof rafters and sheathing for the roof in one day.
There was a crew of six, sweating their asses off in ninety five degree heat doing it. I put out a cooler with a case of water and Gatorade on ice for them. By the time they left, all forty eight bottles were gone.
They called for inspection, which will happen tomorrow morning. They gave a window eight to eleven. If we pass, they will begin making the building water tight.
They already got the delivery of those supplies. So they are ready to proceed.
