Today we are back in Mexico to show of a gem of a specimen.
The coin is a 1968 Mexico City Olympic Coin. It is a 25 Peso coin, and is .72 silver. There were just over 27 million of these produced, but they are highly collectible. Finding one with even rings is the trick. This one has even rings. I do not have an uneven ring coin to show you to compare. The word in the coin world was that only about 5% of the coins struck had even rings.
