Blockchain / Steemit - Independence from Power Grid / Internet

Hi Steemians, Hallo Steemians,

	last night I had an idea to keep Steemit or the blockchain updated and alive if the internet and or the power grid collapses for a while. That is not an impossible scenario because platforms like Steemit surpassing huge industries like banking and other social media. And if nobody of us plays in the sand with these kids, maybe they get angry and could throw dirt into the gear. If I'm totally wrong, please correct me. I'm not a IT guy and I can not present you a finished solution, but some thoughts. I remember the time when the internet access worked with this slow modem where you could hear the strange sound. You all know the CB radios or amateur radios where you can talk with another station for more or less long distance. If there would be some main stations like the knots on a spider web and these stations update them self by sending the information thru the radio-modem-system, it could survive and stays backed up until an internet restart. Am I right or wrong? Maybe it is just theoretical possible. I do not have the complete technical knowledge about it but if there would be a way, maybe someone else could finish these thoughts. Das ist kein unmögliches Szenario, denn Plattformen wie Steemit übergehen riesige Branchen wie Banken und andere grosse soziale Medien. Und wenn keiner von uns mit diesen Kindern im Sand spielt, werden sie vielleicht wütend und könnten uns Dreck ins Getriebe werfen. Wenn ich total falsch liege, korrigiere mich bitte. Ich bin kein IT-Typ und kann auch keine fertige Lösung vorstellen, sondern nur einige Denkanstösse. Ich erinnere mich an die Zeit, als der Internetzugang mit diesem langsamen Modem funktionierte, wo man den seltsamen Ton hören konnte. Alle kennen CB-Funk oder Amateurfunkgeräte, mit denen man zwischen mit einer anderen Station mehr oder weniger gut sprechen kann. Wenn es einige Hauptstationen oder wie die Knoten auf einem Spinnennetz geben würde und diese Stationen sich untereinander aktualisieren, indem sie die benötigten Signale über das Funkgerät-Modem-System senden, könnte Steemit überleben und bleibt bis zu einem Internet-Neustart gesichert. Lieg ich da richtig? Vielleicht ist es nur theoretisch möglich?
