As I mentioned in my intro post I had luck to visit a lot of car races and I was always with my camera. Car racing is pretty dangerous sport but there are also a lot of measures taken to prevent injuries like roll cages, helmets, hans (Head and neck support)... In following photos there were no major injuries and all drivers walked away. I know that this is the worst part of racing but photos on the other side can be spectacular with dust, sparkles, water (and unfortunately very expensive parts) flying everywhere.
First few photos are from Monaco 2010. Photos were taken with Nikon D50 and Nikon 55-200mm lens. Not an expensive camera and lens but they did the job.
Most of the photos are from Serbian Championship but there are also some photos that I took in Monaco, Croatia, Bosnia and Republic of Macedonia.
In Serbian championship most popular car is of course Yugo. Those races can be very intensive with track full of cars battling for first place and naturally a lot of incidents are happening.

And at the end worst accident that I shoot and fortunately like in all previous accidents driver was without any major injuries and was racing the very next weekend.
