When Windflower (Anemone nemorosa) appears most often in April, we know that spring is on its way. The elegant white and delicate petals of the Windflower are gorgeous.
Inside the flower, one sees the yellow pollen carriers of the Windflower. They are the male part of the flower. The slightly greenish coloured fruit items are female part of the flower which later forms the seeds of Windflower.
The flower itself is beautiful, but studying a whole plant with stem green leaves and the white flower show the beauty is really looking good. Windflower is a lovely and beautiful spring flower.
