Krooga has been combed from the depths of public domain characters and thrown into the mainstream spotlight. After an exhaustive search for an African character that uses magic, the internets have proclaimed that Krooga reigns supreme! Although in the one comic that he appeared in he did not actually use any magic that I could tell. He did dress up as an ape though. Devious.
