They had a whole giant Black Lantern series (where black power rings, like Green Lantern's were bringing corpses back to life), so all the living supers were fighting against dead supers. Then at one point, someone at Black Lantern HQ flipped a switch and everyone that USED to be dead suddenly switched sides. Which was just about every member of the Justice League. Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash (Barry Allen), Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Green Arrow... umm... I can't remember who was left. Atom and Batman maybe. Possibly Martian Manhunter.
