I probably could have positioned those speech bubbles a bit better. Moon Girl is supposed to be checking with Fantomah on whether or not they need to stake Mary Marvel before she becomes a vampire. But as we all know from the vampire chapter of Kickman, killing the sire ends the curse. Fantomah being the resident expert on all things supernatural is replying "No."
