Chapter 29: Skuttlebutt, page 04

I was running out of time on this page, so reduced it to four panels to save time. I am in the process of moving today and will be living on the road for a couple days until my next pet sit starts just a few miles from this one.

So, as you can see, Scandal is NOT Grayhawk. C'mon that would have been too obvious. Scandal was an NPC character I had created for a Mutant's & Masterminds campaign about twenty years ago. The visor gives him 360-degree vision and he has all kinds of motion sensors and gizmos built into his costume. He's basically a thrill-seeking information finder. He doesn't sell the information, just publishes it on the Under Web for clicks and infamy.

But I think it's safe to say that if he digs too deep into the Supreme Leader's background, he's going to be taken out.
