Sex three times only makes her about as strong as a really, really strong normal human woman (as well as give her slightly pointed ears and nubs of horns). Which, in Mutants & Masterminds terms is about Power Level 1. That despondent look on Kickman's face is him doing some quick math to realize how much sex his new bride has had in the past to bring her up to the Spectre's power level.
Hopefully, immunity to disease is part of her power framework.
