This will be my last post from American Canyon, California. Next stop is Livermore! Also in California.
Also, for those wondering, my back pain has improved significantly. I have a combination of a herniated disk (old injury), along with a messed up sacroiliac joint AND some spinal stenosis to boot. So, it turns out the reason that I was getting worse and worse, is because a herniated disk and spinal stenosis are like... opposite problems with the spine. So, all the exercises I was doing to deal with my herniated disk were aggravating the spinal stenosis and causing neuropathy down the right leg (as opposed to the herniated disk causing problems with the left leg years ago). So, I have a very narrow selection of exercises to do, but they've been working well. I may actually be able to hike a trail again sometime soon.
