Who do you call to deal with an infestation of samurai civets?

I am currently safe from the fires that are incinerating the Los Angeles area. I am about 100 miles south of the danger zone, so not worried about evacuating. In about three weeks though I am supposed to be sitting in Moorpark, which is about 40 miles northwest of the fires. It looks like I'll either be driving through the aftermath of the fires or re-routed a couple hundred miles to get there. We'll see how it pans out.

Today's Java Jaguar was drawn and uploaded from Oceanside, California. I am taking care of a doggie named Harley and a cat named Sammy for the next five days. No civets.
