When Iceman first appeared in the X-Men, he looked like a weirdo snowman. By about issue #4 they re-imaged him to look like he's actually covered in ice armor instead of fluffy white snow. They also gave him a face. But, yeah, this is what he originally looked like. Seriously... I'm not just being lazy.
