Hello dear friends of this beautiful fraternal community as it is @Family-Friends, we continue celebrating the month of women, although it should be noted that every day we should celebrate our day and for this I want to share with you who have been those great women who have been an inspiration and example to follow in my life.
My family is surrounded by powerful and warrior women that in one way or another have been that motivational force for me not to stay at the end of the road, I have 5 sisters and of them I am the one in the middle I have 2 older, 2 younger than me and definitely my sisters the younger the more daring and risky they have been in life.
My youngest sister (Bebita)has been perseverant and has allowed herself to fly to another country to pursue her dreams, she dared to break that umbilical cord that in my case has kept me dormant in my native country, a situation that has saddened the whole family, but we did not want to cut her wings, while (Mayito),another of my sisters has been father and mother to her 3 children and let me tell you that here in Venezuela is a real sacrilege, To educate and take care of 3 children in small ages (6, 8 and 14) consecutively is something worthy to highlight and admire in her, she is a woman with mettle who has worked in different facets of her life just to provide a better future for her children and our family in general, she has that gift of tireless service and is always in favor of helping all those who require it.
We are all professionals, but the only one who practices her profession is me, so I feel that I am always at a disadvantage with her because I have not been able to venture into other fields of work so extensively and thus be able to learn a new art in my life, if you ask me how do you visualize tomorrow right now? I have an uncertain future because I am in search of discovering my inner self and dare to do something different from what I do now, while they allowed themselves to live a life of entrepreneurship since very early and therefore have developed in different work areas.
I will tell you a little about them, the (Bebita)had the initiative to set up a grocery store in her home, which over time was enlarged to such an extent that it supplied enough and this in turn generated such income that allowed her to buy motorcycles, cars and even her own home, This was achieved thanks to the great effort she made together with her husband and above all to the excellent administration she developed, since she always used innovative marketing strategies and studied the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy, this allowed her to have a very broad vision of her investments and helped her to minimize her possible economic losses.
I have always admired her temperament and her power of discernment when it comes to making decisions, she is the only one who has dared to leave the country and work as all immigrants do, she does not run to any job and acquires good skills and abilities with ease.
On the other hand, there is Mayito, the second mother of my children, who not only takes care of her children but also of mine. She has walked through several functions, she is part of the Civil Protection of our town, she works in the family business selling clothes and other accessories, she has a pig farm and is currently venturing into the breeding of purine chickens. I definitely admire her, I don't know how she manages to have so many responsibilities and at the same time be a dance instructor in a group called "Bailafif", who stand out for the care and conservation of health.
In fact she inspired me to include in my daily activities my personal and health care and my little girl every time she looks at her she tells me that she wants to be a woman like her aunt who is a young woman with a great willingness to work and with very good business ideas, she is not limited to a single entry, because the welfare of her children and herself rests on her shoulders.
My sisters have inspired me to want to undertake in life, to not rest on my laurels and to dare to go that extra mile that we are all trained to do but that we rarely put into practice because insecurities invade us, thanks to them I dared together with my husband to seek new business strategies, Thanks to them I dared together with my husband to look for new business strategies, to start swimming in totally unknown waters for me as is the field of commerce and even though we have gone through difficult circumstances, this in turn has allowed us to be innovative and look towards other horizons, so my dear women, always remember that the limit to pursue each of our dreams we have each of us with our thoughts and actions.

ESTAS MUJERES ME INSPIRAN
Hola apreciados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad fraternal como lo es @Family-Friends, continuamos celebrando el mes de la mujer, aunque cabe resaltar que todos los días debemos celebrar nuestro día y para ello quiero compartir con ustedes quienes han sido esas grandes mujeres que han sido de inspiración y ejemplo a seguir en mi vida.
Mi familia está rodeada de mujeres poderosas y guerreras que de una forma muy u otra ha sido esa fuerza motivacional para yo no quedarme al final del camino, tengo 5 hermanas y de ellas yo soy la del medio tengo 2 mayores, 2 menores que yo y definitivamente mis hermanas mientras más jóvenes más atrevidas y arriesgadas han sido en la vida.
Mi hermana menor la (Bebita) ha sido perseverante y se ha permitido volar a otro país para perseguir sus sueños, ella se atrevió a romper ese cordón umbilical que en mi caso me ha mantenido latente en mi país natal, situación que ha entristecido a toda la familia, pero no quisimos cortarle sus alas, mientras que (Mayito), otra de mis hermanas ha sido padre y madre para sus 3 hijos y déjenme decirles que eso aquí en Venezuela es un verdadero sacrilegio, educar y cuidar a 3 niños en edades pequeñas como (6, 8 y 14) consecutivamente es algo digno de resaltar y admirar en ella, es una mujer con temple que ha trabajado desempeñándose en diferentes facetas de su vida solo para brindar un mejor porvenir a sus hijos y nuestra familia en general, ella tiene ese don de servicio incansable y siempre está en pro de ayudar a todos los que lo requieran.
Todas somos profesionales, pero la única que ejerce su profesión soy yo, por lo que siento que me encuentro siempre en desventajas con ella porque no he podido incursionar en otros campos laborales tan extendidamente y así poder aprender un nuevo arte en mi vida, si me preguntan ¿cómo te visualizas el día de mañana ahora mismo?Tengo un futuro incierto porque estoy en la búsqueda de descubrir mi yo interior y atreverme a hacer algo diferente a lo que me desempeño en la actualidad, mientras que ellas se permitieron vivir una vida de emprendimiento desde muy temprano y por lo tanto se han desenvuelto en distintas áreas laborales.
Les comentare un poco de ellas, la (Bebita)tuvo la iniciativa de montar una venta de víveres en su hogar, lo cual con el tiempo se fue agrandando a tal punto que lo surtió bastante y este a su vez le genero tales ingresos que le permitieron comprar motos, carros y hasta su propio hogar y esto lo logro gracias al gran esfuerzo que realizo ella en compañía de su esposo y sobre todo a la excelente administración que desarrollo, ya que ella siempre utilizo estrategias de mercadeo innovadoras y estudiaba las ventajas y desventajas de cada estrategia, esto le permitía tener una visión muy amplia de sus inversiones y le ayudaba a minimizar sus posibles pérdidas económicas.
Siempre he admirado ese temple que la caracteriza y su poder de discernimiento a la hora de tomar decisiones, bueno para muestra un botón es la única que se ha atrevido a salir del país y trabajar como todos los inmigrantes en lo que el destino le presente, no se le corre a ningún trabajo y adquiere buenas habilidades y destrezas con facilidad.
Por otro lado esta Mayito, la segunda madre de mis niños, quien se desvive no solo por sus hijos sino que esta al cuidado de los míos. Ella se ha paseado por varias funciones es parte de Protección Civil de nuestra localidad, trabaja en el negocio familiar con la venta de ropa y otros accesorios, tiene una cría de cochinos y actualmente está incursionando en la cría de pollos purinas. Definitivamente yo la admiro no sé cómo hace para tener tantas responsabilidades y de paso ser instructora de baile en un grupo denominado “Bailafif”, quienes se destacan por el cuidado y conservación de la salud.
De hecho ella me inspiro a que yo incluyera en mis actividades diarias mí cuidado personal y de salud y mi niña cada vez que la mira me dice que ella quiere ser una mujer como su tía que es una mujer joven con mucha disposición al trabajo y con muy buenas ideas de negocios, no se limita a una sola entrada, pues el bienestar de sus hijos y de ella misma recae sobre sus hombros.
Mis hermanas me han inspirado a querer emprender en la vida, a no quedarme dormida en los laureles y a atreverme a dar esa milla extra que todos estamos capacitados para hacerlos pero que poco lo ponemos en práctica porque las inseguridades nos invaden, gracias a ellas me atreví en conjunto con mi esposo a buscar nuevas estrategias de negocio, a comenzar a nadar en aguas totalmente desconocidas para mí como lo es el campo del comercio y aun que hemos pasado por circunstancias difíciles, esto a su vez nos ha permitido ser innovadores y mirar hacia otros horizontes, así que mis apreciadas mujeres, recuerden siempre que el límite para perseguir cada uno de nuestros sueños lo tenemos cada uno de nosotros con nuestros pensamientos y acciones.
De ante mano agradezco el que dediques parte de tu valioso tiempo para leer mi trabajo y que Dios te multiplique el apoyo que le aportes a mi publicación. Bendiciones
