Hi there!
I have the same feature. My height is 183cm. I am 39 now, and will becoming 40 on 11 July
For me, losing and gaining weight is a 1-week marathon without any exercise π just food, that's it. If you connect it with the exercises, progress will not be faster, but quality will be better. Maybe genetic, maybe metabolism, I donβt really know. But I have experience: I lost weight from 120 to 74 in 6 months. And then I gained from 74 to 86 for just 3 months, maybe, but at that time I started going to a gym, and those 14kg were definitely quality. Then from 86 to 92 for a couple of months. The crucial thing in all this was food; the food affects my body better than cardio or lifting weights. So I completely understand what you mean, and suggest you use this feature for your usefulness. Just find the way your body likes.
πΈ In the photo where I am in a wardrobe background at home, I am 86kg, right after the gym. So yeah, my body can shape it easily for a small period of time. But at the same time, I can get a big tummy so easily. Only suitable food for my body helps me.
π· In the photo with the white background (wearing black shorts), I weighed 92kg, so I adjusted the ratio, and you can see how my body has changed.
π BTW, now I am a fatty piggy again because I threw away all this science and live for my own pleasure, I eat what I want, I drink what I want (beer and whiskey mostly π€£)
