Arriving at Cape Bonavista, I explored the jungle and jumped off a high bridge near a waterfall to loot a supply crate. After following the assassin's trail, I climbed to a viewpoint, spooked a giant eagle, and synchronized the map before taking a leap of faith.
I had to chase the assassin, but before that, I stopped to try some photographs around the beach there. So, I opened up the photo mode and was surprised seeing all these details.
I was immediately blown away by the dense jungle and incredible detail across the island. The dense forest made me feel like I was playing a wild jungle adventure game.
Running through the trees, I came across a massive hanging bridge built right beside a roaring waterfall. I stopped to take a few photos in photo mode before deciding to dive off the bridge, hoping Edward wouldn't die or desynchronize on the way down.
After landing safely in the deep water below, I spotted a wooden supply crate on a piece of land. The pickup prompt glitched for a second, but Edward eventually forced the crate open and collected the supplies inside.
I swam right under the waterfall to let Edward cool off before continuing my hunt for the assassin, Duncan. Moving through the trees, I noticed how smooth the parkour felt compared to newer titles like Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla.
After getting back up on the hanging bridge, I stopped there as I noticed I had a chance of capturing a beautiful photo. I just let Edward stand there for a moment as he's my main model here and I clicked this photo.
Following the trail deeper into the jungle, I spotted a tall rock formation with a large bird perched at the top. I climbed up the cliffs, but the game froze briefly before loading the area properly.
On my way, I stumbled across a random human skeleton resting in the middle of nowhere. Moving past the bones, I approached the ledge and found a giant eagle sitting on the rock, standing almost as tall as Edward himself.
The massive bird flapped its wings and flew off as I got closer, leaving the ledge open. I stepped onto the wooden beam extending from the peak, which turned out to be a viewpoint. I activated the synchronization, watching the camera sweep around the surrounding island and reveal the surrounding map.
Once the sequence finished, I lined up a leap of faith off the high ledge, pausing the game mid-air to capture a few photos of Edward diving down toward the bushes below.
