Despite the sunshine or good weather for three days, a lot of streets are still flooded especially in Dagupan City. I heard the city is a catch basin, but at least, the government should do something to minimize the hardships of people. The flood waters are even beginning to smell.
There I am driving in flooded streets. There are areas where it's already dry, and I'm glad. May the sunny days continue until the water subsides.
