I have a transaction sitting in limbo for almost a week now. No response to my tickets. What type of organization are you running there? I'm a business owner and if I treated my customers this way, my offices would be fire bombed! Seriously, your customer service is non-existent. I understand explosive growth and the need to train people. If you're not prepared to handle the volume and service the customers, then you should shut down the site until you're prepared.
