Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all today are some new shots of a new species that I captured a few weeks back while I was down at the marsh next to the beach. It is the Western Grebe that I am presenting today and I really think this is a cool looking waterbird, the long beak with the red eyes are so nice. They just like many birds are kind of sketchy they wouldn't let me get close to them, so even with my 400mm lens I got some okay shots but I want better with better detail, to get closer one day will be nice but for now we got these shots and I am okay with them being presented here today. Now lets get into these shots already, so we can move on and get are day going. The cover shot, the one above is the closest and best shot here in my opinion. How you like those eyes? I think they are so dang cool looking and one day I need to get a close up of that eye and see that detail but not now, don't have it yet. I might also have more shots in the folder that these came from, so maybe another post later on but we shall see. Now for the second shot below is just another shot a bit further back but going the opposite direction as the cover and is pretty nice too but I need that close up shot.
The next shot here is just a shot on how they sleep, pretty cool looking and hopefully one day, which will probably be next year I will try to get their matting dance, so odd but yet so cool. They walk on water and their necks are stretched out and head is like turned and upside down. If you haven't seen them do this, do a quick search on it, I think its pretty dang cool.
The last shot here presented today is another shot like the cover but I had four to share and they are all nice to kick of showing a new bird species on my page. I got to get to some more editing, now I don't have that much left to share, so I nee to get to work on that asap. Anyways I do appreciate you all for stopping by my blog and page today, keep them cameras shooting and doing what you love, to you and your have a blessed one.
Anyways appreciate everyone feedback hope you have enjoyed my shots and post today' thanks for stopping by, Have a blessed one and thank you for coming in and checking out my shot's of the day. Stay tuned and enjoy my future shots in the world of photography, thru my lens.
