"Osprey"

Good evening Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all tonight is yes you guest it some more shot's of one of my favorite birds to take pictures of, the Osprey. These shot's right here were from another time I got a shot at the dive, however I did not get the dive but I really think these water shot's are so cool. The Osprey is basically trying to secure the bag, I mean secure his fish, haha. The first shot, the cover up top I so like this one, its so cool to me and another shot I am glad I got. The past few months I have been getting the opportunity at the dive about two to six times every time I go out in the field. Which is two to three times a week, yeah the addiction is real. What is crazy though the last two weeks have not been that fair, maybe getting one shot at it and that's it but regardless I got to keep going if I ever want the dive shot, with the talons out right before the Osprey penetrates the water. Hopefully soon, It is so hard, they are so fast in that motion but one day I will get it.
As for the second shot below, another cool water shot. This was the moment the Osprey secured the fish and was ready for the lift off or out of the water. Let me mention this too, it is absolutely a blast and amazing to watch all this type of action from a bird. Truly is exhilarating to see this from wildlife. This is the main reason most go to the local lake, it is a hotspot for birds for sure.
Now for the third shot, the Osprey has the fish secured which is another funny thing, you will see them come up with two talons on the fish and then transition into only using one talon and leg. I figure it is to help them navigate their body in flight. Pretty dang awesome if you ask me and I am just amazed by this action. So for sure you will keep seeing the Osprey posts, trust me I have a lot of shot's that are worth sharing. This last shot, it so awesome too, the right angle at the right time, eye level, fish in talon, other talon looking dangerous and eyes wide open, love it.
