Building is fine and dandy but completely useless if there is no advertisement.
Personally I would love to see a Mini hard-fork where it's just one simple change. Expiring witness votes. That's it. quick simple update, push it out and get our governance moving again.

Lets get rid of the mass of stagnant HP voting on witnesses that are likely sitting on inactive account.

Perhaps we could also get rid of vote proxying. Because Governance should be an engaged thing and I bet a bunch of people have proxies set yet no idea what their proxy is actually voting on.

So basically, Next hardfork should be mainly about fixing governance imo.
