I know one farmer/entrepreneur, who sat with her eggs and she had the brilliant idea to produce mayonnaise, instead of letting those eggs go to waste.

Now that's one innovative entrepreneur! Such smart thinking. Nothing should go to waste especially on a family farm's business. Kudos to her!
