The “Hot and breezy evening walk with my son” Walk aka My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2022

It’s been a few days since I last walked, but I finally got back out to get a few steps in.

This walk was prompted by my son who asked me to join him and the family dog for a walk. I’m glad he asked we had a chance to chat and catch-up on what we’ve been doing for the last few days as well as talk about weekend plans..

It was hot yet breezy so all in all a good evening walk.
