The “I’m on a project deadline and don’t have time to walk” Walk aka My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2022

The moon is really showing off it’s growing beauty.

Today me and my team are working hard to finish a client project. Which meant that with the exception of meals and coffee breaks, I’ve been at my desk all day. I knew I needed to walk around my neighborhood at some point, so I threw my walking shoes on and hit the sidewalk.

I knew I wouldn’t have time for 5K steps so I walked at a fast clip around two blocks in my neighborhood and called it a day.
