Hello every one. We have been learning about the words of Christ i Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of todays.mass indoctrination the teaching has been a blessing to my daily life. I also thank God for using bro Elisoriano who continued today with the teaching of the church of God.
LESSON FROM THE TEACHINGS.
Today firstly i learned about the importance of the church of God being named after God because that is what is in the scriptures. As christians we are not just to attend any kind of church.The church of God, not ministry or assembly, is the proper name for the body of Christ.We have only one body. Gentiles are fellow heirs and part of the same body.
Secondly I learnt that You can't accept Christ Jesus and reject the church he preached.
For us to join, the Church of God which was created and it's important l to our salvation. the church is to spread knowledge of God's infinite wisdom in light of his eternal purpose in Christ Jesus our Lord.
I also learned that The gospel of Christ should be reflected in the way we live. Our behavior words, and people around us should reflect Christ teachings.
Bro Eli also made us to understand that we should sing to God even more as we sing to the nation and our loved ones.God is glorified when we sing praises to him. Through the gospel we will be part of the church in the bible. Singing is part of the gospel
Finally i learnt that It is sad that many are into idol worship. They worship cows, elephants, snakes and some other animals which man can tame. This is unscriptural. God wants us to return to him.People worship creatures not the creator which is wrong A good name is better than riches.the church of God was purchased by Christ blood.
