Mid last year, I started content creation.
I started exploring LinkedIn too, late last year.
But I stopped.
Why?
Because I wasn't seeing the results I expected.
The likes weren't coming.
The engagement wasn't enough.
The growth felt slow.
I got disappointed and like many people, I started questioning if I was wasting my time.
I thought I was behind… but I was actually learning.
But recently I've learned something:
Building anything takes time.
Sometimes the biggest mistake we make is judging a seed because we can't see the tree yet.
Consistency is not about posting only when you feel motivated. It is about showing up even when the results are not visible. Even when the excitement isn't there.
Now, I'm returning to LinkedIn with a different mindset.
Not just to post, but to connect in this community.
Not just to share, but to engage.
Not just to seek attention, but to build relationships.
The journey is not about who started first.
It is about who keeps building, and hopefully I will not stop this time around.
