Yes, the expression is exactly what you read in the title. There are days when it's night, it's an expression that I ended up creating once in a conversation with friends and it ended up being etched in my memory. What do I mean by such an enigmatic phrase? Well, it's just that some days are so messed up that they're just nights.
Here in Brazil, as in any other place in the world, we have our catchphrases, quirks, superstitions, ways and manners that are created every day and some others are known even at the national level. I believe that mine certainly did not reach the rest of my country, but it is something I use frequently.
We're still halfway through the week, but what a complicated week! I had some difficulties at work on Monday, yesterday my wife had a problem with one of her work tools, being like a motor to be used to shape her clients nails and in short, R$900 ($186.76) expenses to buy another one. She didn't have that money and I had to borrow R$400 ($83) for her, money which, it's going to squeeze me.
As if that wasn't enough, my father talked to me and well, that's kind of rare, because he separated from my mother when I was still about 5 years old (as far as I remember) and he was never present or helped my mother with expenses. Well, that's a story for another time, anyway, on Saturday he will need to have surgery on his knee and I'll have to stay with him at least on Saturday, Sunday or other days, I don't know how I'll do it because I have to work… and I don't know if anyone will stay with him.
Not that I think it's bad to take care of him now, he's old enough (I'm sorry, but I don't remember his age) for you to see how we've never been close, but when he needs someone the most, I'm there, at least to help on the day of your surgery and the other days, I'm not sure what will happen. So with that, probably this Saturday and Sunday I won't even show up here at the hive.
Short money, problems arising in droves, like, life is not easy, but that's it, life is a challenge, life is a battle. Even though there are days that are complicated nights, we cannot let our spirit run out or give up on facing all of this. I'm going slowly, keeping calm, one step at a time to solve the adversities and for sure, tomorrow will be a better day than today.
Sim, a expressão é exatamente essa que você leu no título. Têm dia que é noite, é uma expressão que acabei criando uma certa vez em uma conversa de amigos e acabou ficando marcado em minha memória. O que quero dizer com essa frase tão enigmática? Bem, apenas que alguns dias são tão complicados que simplesmente são noites.
Aqui no Brasil, como em qualquer outro lugar no mundo, temos nossas frases de efeitos, manias, superstições, jeitos e maneiras que todo dia são criadas e algumas outras são conhecidas até mesmo ao nível nacional. Acredito que essa minha com certeza não chegou ao restante do meu país, mas é algo que costumo utilizar com frequência.
Ainda estamos na metade da semana, mas que semana complicada! Tive algumas dificuldades no trabalho na segunda-feira, ontem minha esposa teve um problema com uma das ferramentas de trabalho dela, sendo tipo um motor para ser utilizado para moldar as unhas de suas clientes e em resumo, R$ 900 ($186,76) gastos para comprar outro. Ela não tinha esse dinheiro e eu tive que emprestar R$ 400 ($83) para ela, dinheiro o qual, vai me apertar.
Não bastasse isso, meu pai conversou comigo e bem, isso é meio que raro, pois ele se separou da minha mãe quando eu ainda tinha uns 5 anos (pelo que me lembro) e nunca foi presente ou foi de ajudar minha mãe com as despesas. Bem, isso é história para outro momento, enfim, sábado agora ele precisará realizar uma cirurgia no joelho e terei que ficar com ele pelo menos no sábado, o domingo ou outros dias, não sei como farei porque preciso trabalhar… e não sei se alguém irá ficar com ele.
Não que eu ache ruim cuidar dele agora, ele já tem uma idade avançada (me desculpem, mas não lembro a idade dele) para vocês verem como nunca formos íntimos, mas, no momento em que mais precisa de alguém, estou ali, pelo menos para auxiliar no dia de sua cirurgia e os outros dias, nem sei bem o que acontecerá. Então com isso, provavelmente este sábado e domingo eu nem apareça aqui na hive.
Grana curta, problemas surgindo aos montes, assim, a vida não está fácil, mas é isso, a vida é desafio, a vida é batalha. Apesar de que têm dias que são noites, complicadas, a gente não pode deixar o ânimo acabar ou desistir de enfrentar tudo isso. Estou indo lentamente, mantendo a calma, um passo de cada vez para resolver as adversidades e com certeza, amanhã será um dia melhor do que hoje.
