[ENG/PT-BR] Hive: The financial and personal evolution I was looking for.

In two years and a few months that I've been here #Hive, I can say that I've learned a lot of interesting things and I renew my vows of trust and commitment to the most incredible and dynamic ecosystem I've ever known. Speaking this way it may even seem a little superficial, but writing with total love and affection talking about this subject, I can say that being here is a huge honor for me.
I've always had the dream of making money and living with something related to electronic games or content creation as my main source of income, I've always been very involved with the world of technology and I can say that I spend hours and hours in front of a computer, notebook or cell phone, it's my nerdy leisure time that I like a lot.
Keeping an eye on the news, chatting, playing games, watching a series or something like that, the summary of my life in most moments is basically this, when I don't go out with my family somewhere. If you ever need to find me, I'll probably be online somewhere!
One thing many people know is that life doesn't always turn out the way we'd like it to, so I never had a good opportunity to follow my dream, gaming or content creation. The best I could do, so to speak, was working as a programmer, something else I really enjoy, so the dream remained dormant until May 8, 2021, that date, when I joined our dear Hive.
I entered here after meeting Splinterlands, at that time in 2021 cryptocurrencies were at a pretty cool rise not only in values (well, that part is guesswork), but, in terms of information, there were many coming up all the time about them and that's when researching, I saw news about Splinter and hive and here I got.
At first I was kind of thoughtful, because after all, make money from your first post? This didn't seem like a real thing, since on web2 you have to have a lot of followers, countless hours of content, go through trials to monetize your channel and a bunch of other difficulties that, simply, make me wonder, how does anyone manage to do all this and do well as a content creator?
So, after many successes and mistakes, I learned a lot about financial issues, cryptos, passive income, Token Hodl, Web3, Decentralization, DAO, among countless other terms I learned. Today I see hive as a second source of income for me and it has already saved me a few times when I ran out of money and needed to pay some bills.
Obviously, that taste of a dream come true, today I can say that I'm a content creator on web3, on Hive and I don't care if people consider me good or bad at it, it's my dream and I know I have to do my best. I'm having a lot of fun in this process, loving every moment and achievement and I'm aiming more and more to become known, a reference and an inspiration for people.

On a personal level, I can say that I learned a lot of things, the kind that I should already know from life experiences, but we end up forgetting or simply putting them aside.
I can definitely say that living in a community was the most valuable lesson I received, because after all, being among so many people who think differently, I realized that not everything is the way we think it is right, so it takes a lot of conversation to find the point in common so that all members can be well.
Evolving and improving in a community is much more rewarding than doing it all alone, at least I think so, that's why I value the HiveBR community, the Brazilian community, so much. I know I'm not perfect and that some of my attitudes may not make everyone happy, but I'm always ready for a good conversation to improve.
With that, I bring this detail to reality, a lot of conversation, calm, compression, listening more, talking less, I believe that all these points I learned here are fundamental for a good experience among family and friends, I can say that my life has improved with my wife due to hive.
Other points that I also take with me were the importance of doing things with quality, calmly, always seeking to finish your work or project with a lot of dexterity, affection and willpower, to deliver your best. Just as it is also important for you to help everyone when possible, because in addition to doing this well for ourselves, we can still be remembered as a kind, charismatic and participatory person.
Helping often doesn't just mean voting absurd values, transferring valuable tokens or something like that, a simple polite comment, demonstrating that you liked the person's post, can already help a lot to motivate them to continue with their work. Clearing doubts for those just starting out, as well as explaining the rules of good conduct, is also a great way to help.
Therefore, there are many learnings, here I shared a few of those that most impressed me, but I could certainly have several other things to talk about, after all, evolution is constant, there is always something new to learn and to teach. Anyway, it's been fun days for me, writing my texts and being more participatory by commenting on community members' posts.

Em dois anos e alguns meses que estou aqui #Hive, posso dizer que aprendi muitas coisas interessantes e diariamente renovo meus votos de confian莽a e compromisso com o ecossistema mais incr铆vel e din芒mico que conheci. Falando dessa forma pode at茅 parecer um pouco superficial, mas, escrevendo com total amor e carinho falando sobre este assunto, posso dizer que estar aqui 茅 uma honra enorme para mim.
Sempre tive o sonho de ganhar dinheiro e viver tendo como principal fonte de renda algo relacionado a jogos eletr么nicos ou cria莽茫o de conte煤do, sempre fui bem envolvido com o mundo da tecnologia e posso dizer que passo horas e horas na frente de um computador, notebook ou celular, 茅 meu momento de lazer nerd que gosto muito.
Ficando de olho nas not铆cias, conversando, jogando, vendo uma s茅rie ou algo do tipo, o resumo da minha vida na maioria dos momentos 茅 basicamente este, quando n茫o saio com a minha fam铆lia para algum lugar. Se um dia voc锚 precisar me encontrar, provavelmente estarei online em algum lugar!
Uma coisa que muitos sabem 茅 que a vida nem sempre 茅 da forma como gostar铆amos, ent茫o, nunca tive uma boa oportunidade de seguir o meu sonho, de jogos ou cria莽茫o de conte煤do. O melhor que consegui se assim podemos dizer foi trabalhar como programador, outra coisa que gosto bastante, sendo assim, o sonho ficou adormecido at茅 o dia 8 de maio de 2021, data essa, que entrei na nossa querida Hive.
Entrei aqui ao conhecer o Splinterlands, naquela 茅poca em 2021 as criptomoedas estavam em uma alta bem legal n茫o somente de valores (bem, essa parte 茅 achismo mesmo), mas, em quest茫o de informa莽茫o, havia muitas chegando a todo momento sobre elas e foi a铆 que pesquisando, vi noticias sobre o Splinter e a hive e aqui cheguei.
No come莽o fiquei meio pensativo, pois afinal, ganhar dinheiro desde a sua primeira postagem? Isso n茫o parecia ser algo real, j谩 que na web2 voc锚 t锚m que ter muito seguidores, in煤meras horas de conte煤do, passar por prova莽玫es para monetizar seu canal e um monte de outras dificuldades que, simplesmente, me fazem perguntar, como algu茅m consegue fazer isso tudo e se dar bem como criador de conte煤do?
Ent茫o, ap贸s muitos erros e acertos, fui aprendendo bastante sobre quest玫es financeiras, criptos, renda passiva, Hodl de Tokens, Web3, Descentraliza莽茫o, DAO, entre outros in煤meros termos que aprendi. Hoje vejo a hive como uma segunda fonte de renda para mim e que j谩 me salvou algumas vezes quando fiquei sem dinheiro e precisava pagar alguma conta.
Obviamente, aquele gostinho de sonho realizado, hoje posso dizer que sou um criador de conte煤do na web3, na Hive e n茫o me importo se as pessoas me consideram bom ou ruim nisso, 茅 meu sonho e sei que tenho que dar o meu melhor. Estou me divertindo muito neste processo, amando cada momento e conquista e estou almejando cada vez mais, me tornar conhecido, uma refer锚ncia e uma inspira莽茫o para as pessoas.

No quesito pessoal posso dizer que aprendi um caminh茫o de coisas, do tipo que j谩 deveria at茅 saber pelas experi锚ncias de vida, mas a gente acaba esquecendo ou deixando de lado simplesmente.
Com toda certeza digo que conviver em comunidade foi o aprendizado de maior valor que recebi, porque afinal, estando entre tantas pessoas que pensam diferente, percebi que nem tudo 茅 do jeito que achamos ser o correto, ent茫o 茅 preciso muita conversa para encontrar o ponto em comum para que todos os membros possam ficar bem.
Evoluir e melhorar em comunidade 茅 muito mais gratificante do que conduzir tudo sozinho, pelo menos penso assim, por isso dou tanto valor a comunidade HiveBR, a comunidade brasileira. Sei que n茫o sou perfeito e que algumas atitudes minhas podem n茫o deixar todos contentes, mas estou sempre apto a uma boa conversa para melhorar.
Com isso, levo para a realidade esse detalhe, de muita conversa, calma, compress茫o, escutar mais, falar menos, acredito que todos esses pontos que aprendi aqui s茫o fundamentais para uma boa viv锚ncia entre familiares e amigos, posso dizer que minha vida melhorou com a minha esposa devido a hive.
Outros pontos que tamb茅m levo comigo, foram a import芒ncia de realizar as coisas com qualidade, com calma, buscando sempre finalizar o seu trabalho ou projeto com bastante destreza, carinho e for莽a de vontade, para entregar o seu melhor. Assim como tamb茅m 茅 importante voc锚 auxiliar a todos quando poss铆vel, pois al茅m de isso fazer bem para n贸s mesmos, ainda podemos ser lembrados como uma pessoa gentil, carism谩tica e participativa.
Muitas vezes ajudar n茫o quer dizer apenas votar valores absurdos, transferir tokens valiosos ou algo do tipo, um simples coment谩rio educado, demonstrando que voc锚 gostou da postagem da pessoa, j谩 pode ajudar bastante a motiv谩-la a continuar com o seu trabalho. Tirar as d煤vidas de quem est谩 come莽ando, assim como explicar as regras de boas condutas, tamb茅m 茅 uma 贸tima forma de ajudar.
Sendo assim, os aprendizados s茫o muitos, aqui compartilhei um pouco dos que mais me marcaram, mas com certeza poderia ter v谩rias outras coisas para falar, afinal, a evolu莽茫o 茅 constante, sempre tem algo novo para aprender e para ensinar. De qualquer forma, t锚m sido dias divertidos para mim, escrever meus textos e ser mais participativo comentando as postagens dos membros da comunidade.
