A new combat rule arrived at Splinterlands, called Born Again, brought in addition to the fun (because the business becomes crazy) new ways to create absurd and insane strategies and some longer battles as well. This rule adds the REBIRTH skill to everyone, giving them an extra chance to battle and win.

In summary, when an ally dies, he will return to the battlefield with only 1 point of health, this way, your entire team can return to battle at least one more time.

This ability is still exclusive to only one card, the RUNI, which for those who can (or can) purchase it on the Ethereum network, so for us to feel the taste of this ability, only with this new rule!

Already thinking about some strategies, we can say that I took its use to the limit, in the battle example that I will show you, I combined this new rule with the possibility of bringing to life more than once the first card defeated after the resurrection of the rule was activated. I will explain this further, commenting on how I thought and imagined the strategy.

The beginning of this incredible battle began as shown in the image below. We can see that in the first position, I put VENARI MARKSRAT to take full advantage of his skill MARTYR, so, in the second position was DJINN OSHANNUS, which it was the main objective of the strategy, to get the MARTYR bonus 3x.

If all went well, he would have a total of 9 speed points becoming a difficult target to be killed (if the miss mechanic didn't troll me of course) and because of his PHASE skill, that speed would help him dodge any kind of direct attacks.

Below, the first defeat of VENARI MARKSRAT, giving DJINN OSHANNUS +1 to all his attributes. An important detail is when we use RIVER HELLONDALE and want to take advantage of its RESSURECT ability, which resurrects the first ally that is defeated, it's good to know that its ability only activates on the unit that already was killed and returned (the REBIRTH activates first), so it's important to keep him alive until this condition happens.

So now, the only allied unit that enters this condition is VENARI MARKSRAT, that is, when it is killed, RESSURECT will be used on it, bringing it back to life more once.

In the screenshot below, after the second drop, +1 again for DJINN OSHANNUS and now everything was going as planned. VENARI MARKSRAT would be defeated once more and definitively and thus, it would be granted +3 in total to DJINN OSHANNUS.

Finally, as it turned out DJINN OSHANNUS after this process of receiving a 3x stat boost, as mentioned, his speed would influence his ability to dodge any attack, making him a perfect tank to hold or dodge the opponent damage.

Here I can also consider that I was lucky not to face anyone with BLOODLUST, otherwise I would have granted +3 in all attributes to this opposing card, if it performed the 3 kills, because, when resurrected, a card comes back with 1 life and its armor. If it was someone with magic attack, it could be in big trouble, for example.

Below, the last blow, showing that my strategy worked quite well and with that, I managed to beat an opponent much stronger than me. We can create very powerful allies with this type of strategy, whether you manage to use MARTYR 2 or 3 times, the damage will be great!

Information that can make a difference is that when resurrected, the unit returns without the positive and negative effects, so in this case a notion that can help is that it would be interesting to use a monster that has VOID ARMOR, so regardless whether it was at full health or not, her shield could hold off any type of attack, giving the team time to either generate support for her or finish off the opposing team.

Of course, just as it worked, it could go wrong, as it is a risky strategy, so we can surprise our opponent with this, or else, everything can go extremely wrong. Anyway, I thought it was super fun to see everyone resurrected to battle one more time.

Uma nova regra de combate chegou no Splinterlands, chamada de Born Again, trouxe além da diversão (porque o negócio vira uma loucura) novas formas de criar estratégias absurdas e insanas e algumas batalhas mais demoradas também. Essa regra, adiciona a habilidade REBIRTH para todos, dando uma chance a mais de batalharem e conquistarem a vitória.

Em resumo, quando um aliado morrer, ele retornara para o campo de batalha com apenas 1 ponto de saúde, desta forma, toda a sua equipe poderá voltar a batalhar pelo menos uma vez a mais.

Essa habilidade ainda é exclusiva de somente uma carta, a RUNI, que para aqueles que conseguem (ou podem) a compra é realizada na rede Ethereum, então para sentirmos o gostinho dessa habilidade, somente com essa nova regra!

Já pensando em algumas estratégias, podemos dizer que levei ao limite a sua utilização, no exemplo de batalha que mostrarei para vocês, combinei essa nova regra com a possibilidade de trazer a vida mais de uma vez a primeira carta derrotada após a ressurreição da regra ser ativada. Explicarei isso melhor, comentando como pensei e imaginei a estratégia.

O começo dessa batalha incrível começou conforme mostra a imagem abaixo. Podemos perceber que na primeira posição, coloquei VENARI MARKSRAT para tirar o máximo de aproveito de sua habilidade MARTYR, sendo assim, na segunda posição ficou DJINN OSHANNUS, que era o grande objetivo da estratégia, pegar a bonificação do MARTYR 3x.

Se tudo desse certo, ele iria ficar com um total de 9 pontos de velocidade se tornando um alvo difícil de ser abatido (se a mecânica de miss não me trollasse é claro) e por conta de sua habilidade PHASE, essa velocidade o ajudaria a desviar de qualquer tipo de ataque direto.

Abaixo, a primeira derrota da VENARI MARKSRAT, bonificando DJINN OSHANNUS com +1 em todos os seus atributos. Um detalhe importante é quando utilizamos RIVER HELLONDALE e queremos tirar proveito de sua habilidade RESSURECT, que ressuscita o primeiro aliado que for derrotado, é bom saber que sua habilidade só ativa na unidade que já foi abatida e voltou (o REBIRTH ativa primeiro), sendo assim, é importante manter ele vivo até que essa condição aconteça.

Então agora, a única unidade aliada que entra nessa condição é a própria VENARI MARKSRAT, ou seja, quando ela for abatida, o RESSURECT será usado nela, trazendo ela de volta a vida mais uma vez.

Na imagem abaixo, após a segunda queda, +1 novamente para DJINN OSHANNUS e agora tudo estava saindo como o planejado. VENARI MARKSRAT seria derrotada mais uma vez e em definitivo e assim, seria concedido +3 no total para DJINN OSHANNUS.

Por fim, como ficou DJINN OSHANNUS após este processo de receber um reforço em seus atributos 3x, como mencionado, sua velocidade iria influenciar sua capacidade de desviar de qualquer ataque, o tornando um tanque perfeito para segurar ou desviar do dano adversário.

Aqui também posso ponderar que dei sorte de não enfrentar ninguém com BLOODLUST, pois senão teria concedido +3 em todos os atributos para essa carta adversária, se ela realizasse os 3 abates, por conta de que, quando ressuscitada, uma carta volta com 1 de vida e sua armadura. Se fosse alguém com ataque mágico, poderia estar em grandes problemas, por exemplo.

Abaixo, o último golpe, mostrando que minha estratégia deu bastante certo e com isso, consegui vencer um oponente muito mais forte do que eu. Podemos criar aliados bem poderosos com esse tipo de estratégia, seja conseguindo utilizar 2 ou 3 vezes o MARTYR, o estrago será grande!

Uma informação que pode fazer a diferença é que ao ressuscitar, a unidade volta sem os efeitos positivos e negativos, então neste caso uma noção que pode ajudar é que seria interessante utilizar um monstro que possui VOID ARMOR, assim independente de estar com vida cheia ou não, o escudo dela poderia segurar qualquer tipo de ataque, dando tempo para a equipe gerar o suporte para ela ou finalizar a equipe adversária.

Com certeza, assim como deu certo, poderia dar errado, por ser uma estratégia arriscada, então podemos surpreender o nosso adversário com isso, ou então, tudo pode dar extremamente errado. De qualquer forma, achei super divertido ver todos ressuscitando para batalhar mais uma vez.
