Hello @classicalliberal, usually curry leaves still stays green inside ref for 2 weeks, without Moisture. so I advise you to put in a container with a tissue inside to help absorb moisture, or another option make it dry and grind them to make it curry leaves powder.
However, freezing fresh curry leaves, I can not advise you as I did not try freezing curry leaves so far, I always used fresh.
