This is second time i am visiting Gangtok. It is located at north sikim, a State of India. First time i had visited gangtok with my family.But this time i am in gangtok with friend. I never saw snowfall and ice covered road. So, this feel is totally new for me. Gangtok has so many sight seeing place. Nathula pass, bakthang waterfall,Mg road, tsogmo lake , zoo logical park,seven sister waterfall are most popular.
We started our jouney from kolkata to shiliguri by train.It has taken 15 hours to reach shiliguri train station.After that we hire ola cab.Driver wanted 2500 rupi to reach gangtok.But we mange him at 2200 rupi. After 3.5 hours we arrived gangtok. I came here gangtok before. That was rainy season and we were unable to see all sight seeing places.
Before entry sikim we took 4 days permission from sikim police. It is the law of sikim. I have to mention it, split and smoking is prohibited in gangtok. If i smoke in open places then i have to be fined 200 rupi. And 500 rupi fine for split.
Normally tourist stay at mg road. There are so many hotel and resourts for tourists and those all are slightly cheap.Although tourist season is now.So, we rent a hotel room which cost 2000 rupi for one day.Next day we 4 friends start journey by ubar car. We went view point first then bakhtung waterfall. All the road covered by ice. It was very dificult for driving.

I can not express my feelings.I missed my family in this tour.If my family come with me then they also be happy to see ice on road.
